Concept: The Starters on NBA TV popularized the term "Wedgie" to describe when a basketball gets stuck between the rim and backboard. To raise awareness for this newly coined term, we recruited Shaquille O'Neal to encourage fans to call in and report wedgies during NBA games. The phone number was real and featured a recorded message from Shaq thanking fans for their vigilance.

Shaq loved the video so much he asked that it be played on that week’s Inside The NBA.
